Job Title: Telecalling Executive (IT Sales) Job Location : Mohali, Punjab Salary : Rs.12000 Rs.15,000/month + incentives Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated female candidate who will be responsible for engaging with Clients over the phone to fix meetings, answering queries, and convince them to collaborate. This role requires excellent English speaking skills and convincing skills. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective partners. Understand and Communicate products/services features and benefits effectively. Build and maintain strong partner relationships through excellent communication. Update on documents and business partners interactions in the database. Obtaining business partners information and other relevant data. Maintaining the database of the partners on a regular basis. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Experience in an international process or similar role will be a plus. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Basic computer skills. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
