We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales/leads/customer engagement for our company. You will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our products or services, and maintaining a positive relationship with existing clients.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries.
• Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.
• Maintain records of conversations and update customer information in the database.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
• Transfer leads to the sales team when required.
