Make Outbound Calls To The Contact Numbers Provided On Returned Consignments To Verify The Reason For The Return. Validate Whether The Return Reason Is Genuine And Update Records Accordingly. Identify Consignments With Correct Addresses And Coordinate With The Respective Branches For Re-Forwarding And Arranging Delivery.
