You are invited to join our team as an International BPO Telesales Representative in Malad West, Mumbai. As part of our dynamic team, your role will involve making outbound sales calls to international customers, presenting and selling products/services persuasively, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, maintaining a prospect database, and staying updated on industry best practices and trends. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent English communication skills, a minimum SSC (10th grade) qualification, and prior experience in telesales, particularly in an international BPO setting. Additionally, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and basic computer knowledge are essential.
