Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telecaller with a background in the real estate industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and supporting our sales efforts to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential buyers, investors, and tenants through outbound calls to generate leads for residential, commercial, or rental properties. Client Inquiries: Answer inbound calls and provide detailed information about property listings, pricing, availability, and location. Follow-Ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls to nurture leads, provide updates on property availability, and encourage further interest in property viewings or meetings with sales agents. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule property viewings, meetings, and site visits for prospective clients, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and real estate agents. Market Insights: Use your industry knowledge to inform clients about market trends, property prices, and upcoming projects. Database Management: Maintain and update CRM software with lead information, customer interactions, and appointment details. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and resolving issues efficiently. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in converting leads into clients by providing timely information and setting appointments for property showings. Reporting: Track and report the status of leads, conversions, and other key metrics regularly. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of real estate experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support in the real estate industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred) to engage and build relationships with clients. Sales Skills: Strong ability to convert leads into customers through persuasive communication and follow-up strategies. Real Estate Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property types (residential, commercial, rental), and current trends. CRM Familiarity: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) to manage leads, track communication, and schedule appointments. Customer-Focused: Ability to provide a high level of customer service and maintain client satisfaction. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads, appointments, and follow-ups. Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
