The Telecaller Intern position is based in Pitampura, Delhi, offering a fixed stipend of 12000 per month for a duration of 6 months. Digiperform, the largest exclusive digital domain specific training provider in India, headquartered in Noida with over 50 centers nationwide, aims to bridge the gap between industry digital training needs and trained talent availability. The organization offers hands-on training programs and certifications designed by industry experts. As a Telecaller Intern at Digiperform, you will work on-site in New Delhi, responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, identifying leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team, maintaining call records, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational abilities, basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and previous experience in telemarketing or customer service would be advantageous. Pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.,
