Telecaller Yogesh Tambi and Associates

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound calling for loan products, insurance policies, and credit card services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a convincing attitude, and the ability to generate leads and close appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  Make outbound calls to potential customers for loans, insurance, and credit cards

  Explain product details, benefits, and offers clearly and confidently

  Follow up with interested leads and convert them into appointments or sales

  Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups

  Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

  Handle customer queries and provide necessary information

  Coordinate with the sales/support team for lead closures

Requirements:

  Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

  Experience in telecalling or financial products is preferred (freshers can apply)

  Good communication in Hindi & English (regional languages are a plus)

  Target-driven and self-motivated

  Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
