Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
• Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about products, services, or programs offered.
• Maintain call logs, records, and follow-up status for each customer interaction.
• Schedule appointments or follow-up calls with interested or potential customers.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets as assigned.
• Handle customer rejections and objections with a positive and professional tone at all times.
• Report daily calling activity, lead status, and customer feedback to the supervisor or team leader.
