Job Title: Work Visa Counselor
Location: Zirakpur

Salary: Based on experience (typically 15,000 25,000 per month)
Experience: 13 years (Freshers with good communication can apply)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and persuasive Work Visa Counselor to guide clients through the process of obtaining work visas for various countries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to counsel clients effectively, and up-to-date knowledge of visa policies and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end counseling to clients for work visa applications (Canada, UK, Australia, etc.)

Guide clients on eligibility, documentation, timelines, and application processes

Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins professionally

Stay updated with the latest visa regulations and immigration policies

Follow up with clients to ensure smooth documentation and application submission

Coordinate with external agencies, embassies, and visa processing centers

Maintain accurate records of client data and visa status updates

Prepare and share regular progress reports with the team or management

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and follow-up abilities

Knowledge of international work visa processes and countries' eligibility criteria

Ability to handle client queries and objections confidently

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (preferably in Business, Hospitality, or related fields)

Experience in immigration consultancy or overseas education is a plus

Multilingual candidates (especially Punjabi/Hindi/English) preferred
