Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Telecaller at Delight Consulting. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication. The role involves actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and promoting the company's services.
