Job Role & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote financial products like credit cards, and personal, business, and home loans. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable financial solutions. Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers. Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert prospects into customers. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the companys growth. Maintained accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Work closely with the sales team and management to optimize sales strategies.
