Job description Interact with potential/prospective students and their parents through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats to inform them about the relevant program to provide information about program features and their benefits. Calling & following up with potential students and parents. Understand Student's interests and expectations and pitch a suitable program. Generate qualified leads, provide complete information about courses/programs, assisting in the admissions decision-making process. Guiding prospective students and their parents through the application and enrolment process. Source new student admissions opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre-and post-admissions processes. Follow up with a clear and effective approach, to convince Students and Parents and help them to decide. Must be comfortable making dozens of daily calls (70-100), generating interest, qualifying prospects, and making new admissions. Maintaining a detailed record of all the interactions. Desired Candidate Profile MBA/Graduate in any discipline. Freshers can also apply for the Role. Prior experience in Customer Service / Call Center / Inbound Sales / Outbound Sales Telemarketing would be an added advantage. (Not Mandatory) Must be an excellent communicator (verbal and written) and have superior people skills, also comfortable presenting program details over the phone. Strong listening, persuasion, and presentation skills. The candidate must be young, smart, active, having good convincing skills. Enthusiastic, dedicated, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude. The ability to work in a team with high people orientation is a must Fair knowledge of MS Office software suite is desirable Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
