Job Title: Telecaller / Telesales Executive 

Location: Tilak Nagar, Pune
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary Range: 10,000 to 25,000 per month (Attractive Incentives upto 1lacs)

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and motivated Telecaller / Telesales Executives to join our loan sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining loan products, and converting leads into sales. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from leads or databases.

• Understand customer needs and explain loan, insurance, and financial service products clearly.

• Generate and convert leads into sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.

• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and/or Marathi/Hindi.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM updates.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Freshers can apply; prior experience is a plus.
