Job Description: Role Description: Conduct outbound tele-sales calls to potential customers for Loan Against Property (LAP). Explain product features and benefits to generate interest and convert leads. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies during customer interactions. Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and resolve any concerns. Effectively communicate with customers in Hindi to ensure clarity and understanding. Work in accordance with key performance metrics and reporting structures. Attributes we are looking for: A graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in tele-sales, preferably in Loan Against Property (LAP). Fluency in Hindi is mandatory. Computer literate. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads effectively.
