As a Lead Conversion Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for Malayalam tele-calling to engage with customers, follow up on their queries, manage the database, and provide customer support. Your role will also include cross-selling and up-selling various membership plans to customers in order to maintain strong customer relations. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. In addition, you will be entitled to benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule may include day shifts, morning shifts, rotational shifts, and weekend availability.
