Additionally, you will be recording all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts and maintaining quality service by following organizational guidelines. It is essential to stay updated about the latest product offerings and deals. To excel in this role, you should possess a graduate qualification, along with good communication skills and a customer service orientation. Being courteous and polite is crucial, and you should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
