Primary Responsibilities: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Prospecting Specialist to join our growing Solar EPC team. The Sales Prospecting Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and facilitating the sales process in the renewable energy sector. Proven track record in sales prospecting and lead generation, preferably within the solar energy or renewable energy sector or Industrial 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients. 3. Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives. 4. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales prospecting tools, and digital marketing techniques. Knowledge of solar energy solutions, EPC processes, and industry regulations is a plus. Job Description: 1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the industry. 2. Utilize various prospecting methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media to generate leads and initiate contact with prospects. 3. Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule appointments for the Sales team to further engage with potential clients. 4. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and strategies to attract new business opportunities. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system. 6. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
