Job Description: Tele Caller Executive at IFM Fincoach Position Overview: As aTele Caller Executive at IFM Fincoach, your primary role involves engaging with potential students interested in the institute's financial educational programs. You will provide information, address inquiries, guide candidates through the admission process, and contribute to achieving enrollment targets. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the sourcing of high-quality students based on educational criteria, language proficiency, and gender diversity. Make calls to leads assigned, maintaining a daily target of 40 calls/touch points. Adhere to eligibility criteria and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) established by the organization. Address candidate inquiries and servicing needs promptly, ensuring responses within 24 working hours. Align shortlisted candidates for interviews on the same day as their selection. Submit daily reports following the prescribed format. Uphold the integrity of data and avoid any falsification, as such actions will result in disciplinary measures. Build rapport with students to foster a reference-generating network. Analyze data to track and prioritize students who have expressed interest in IFM Fincoach. Conduct regular follow-ups with potential leads to optimize conversion rates. Salary No cap for right candidate . Job Specification Full-time on-site job . Excellent Communication skills.
