A Telecaller, often referred to as a Telemarketer or Call Center Representative, is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound calls from customers, and providing information about products or services. Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided leads or databases. Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about products or services. Build rapport with customers to create a positive customer experience. Work towards achieving individual and team goals. Provide feedback to management on customer reactions and product/service improvements.
