To excel in this role, you will need to achieve and exceed sales targets or other performance metrics set by the company. It is essential to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes, which will be done using CRM software to manage customer information and track sales activities. Additionally, you will be expected to participate in team meetings and sales training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
