We are hiring* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tekla Modular to join our team. Salary:* As per industry standards Experience* : 2 - 5 years Roles and Responsibilities:* 1. Create and manage 3D BIM models using Tekla Structures for modular construction projects. 2. Develop accurate shop drawings, general arrangements (GA), and fabrication drawings. 3. Work closely with structural engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design intent and buildability. 4. Apply modular construction principles such as prefabrication, standardized modules, and volumetric construction. 5. Coordinate Tekla models with other disciplines (MEP, architectural) using IFC or other BIM platforms. Qualification:* 1.Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 2. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Tekla Structures. 3. Familiarity with modular/offsite construction techniques is a strong advantage. 4. Understanding of structural steel and/or precast detailing. 5. Ability to interpret and model from architectural and structural drawings. Skills*: 1. Experience with Tekla Model Sharing or Trimble Connect. 2.
