As a .NET Architect with expertise in developing WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) and ASP.NET Core applications, you will play a crucial role at Zeiss in designing and architecting complex software solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the architectural strategy aligned with business objectives. Supporting agile methodologies, you will facilitate iterative development and continuous improvement. Your technical leadership will involve leading and mentoring development teams, providing guidance for .NET, ASP.NET Core, and WPF development. Additionally, you will actively participate in developing WPF and ASP.NET Core applications, ensuring quality and performance. Your responsibilities will also include designing and overseeing the integration of applications with other systems, conducting regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks to enhance application responsiveness, staying updated with industry trends for technology evaluation, creating and maintaining technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and design documents, and collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to gather technical requirements. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, have proven experience as a .NET Architect with expertise in WPF and ASP.NET Core development, possess a strong understanding of software architecture and design principles, and have experience with data-driven applications and databases. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, strong communication and leadership abilities, familiarity with agile development methodologies, and knowledge of the healthcare industry and relevant certifications are preferred.,
