Introduction: Technology Lead within Acuradyne leads a team towards development of next generation healthcare diagnostic systems. We are looking for a driven individual who will lead the AI engineering team and integration of hardware systems. We seek someone with hands-on experience in designing and developing predictive models, ML algorithms, statistical analysis, and feature engineering, also building deep learning architectures using the latest machine learning technologies and frameworks. Qualifications: Minimum Bachelors of Science/Engineering/Technology degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields. Preferably 3+ years of experience in designing and developing predictive models, ML algorithms, statistical analysis, and feature engineering for robust enterprise products Proven programming/scripting skills with multiple modern programming languages including Python, Java or similar. Demonstrated experience in ML packages such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, or similar Experience in cloud infrastructure such as AWS (preferable), Google Cloud, Azure, Heroku, or Firebase. Mastery of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines. Experience with DevOps tools such as GitLab, Ansible, Docker, or Kubernetes Knowledge of database systems such as Postgres, Cassandra, ElasticSearch etc. Experience with data pipelining and good understanding of Airflow, Kafka etc. Familiarity with mobile development platforms such as Android / iOS Skills: A passion for working in startups is a must. Should be good at team work Self-motivated to learn and explore new tools Good communication and narration skills. Passionate about building an innovative culture Experience in working with a team of product-development engineers. Desirable : Masters or PhD in any AI/ML/data science related fields. Experience in developing hardware or IoT-based systems is a plus. Experience in designing & building auto-scaling ML systems. Experience with deep learning frameworks in Healthcare systems. Experience in building and managing teams of product development engineers. Familiar with tools such as Apache Airflow, Luigi, DVC, MLFlow, etc. Experience in product delivery practices such as scrum, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), TDD, BDD, DevOps, and automation.,
