Job Description

As a Technology Lead specializing in Talend, Redshift, and Data Warehousing, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end ETL and Data Warehousing initiatives by leveraging Talend and AWS technologies. Your main duties will include designing and optimizing data pipelines using Talend Data Integration and Talend Big Data, administering and managing Talend infrastructure, and architecting scalable solutions on AWS Redshift, Spectrum, and S3. Additionally, you will be expected to implement workflow orchestration using Airflow and MWAA, drive automation and deployment pipelines with Jenkins, Terraform, and Scrum practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for release planning and sprint execution. Your expertise in ETL & DW with 10-12 years of experience, and proficiency in Talend (Data Integration, Big Data, Admin), AWS Redshift, Spectrum, S3, and Airflow / MWAA are crucial for this role. Other important skills include knowledge of Jenkins, Deployment & Release Management, Scrum, Agile Methodologies, Terraform, JIRA, and Data Modeling. This is a full-time position based in Pune, with a budget ranging from 13-17LPA for candidates with 10-12 years of relevant experience and an immediate to 15 days" notice period.,
