Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects align with organizational goals and deliver value to clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive project objectives. - Develop and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication strategies. - Ability to analyze and improve business processes. - Familiarity with risk management practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Change Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
