Responsibilities Job Title: - Senior Sales and Business Development Professional - Implementation Services Job Location : Bangalore Exp Range : 10 to 16 Years Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales and Business Development Professional with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling implementation services for products such as Salesforce, Microsoft, and Adobe. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the financial services sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts. Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions utilizing implementation services for Salesforce, Microsoft, and Adobe products. Should have good understanding of the technology landscape for banks and should be able to drive opportunities on his own till it comes for a demo Should have experience of working with the different stakeholders in the bank Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. Work closely with internal teams including solution architects, delivery managers, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the pre-sales team to develop compelling proposals and presentations that address client requirements. Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Should have worked previously in selling solutions to the banks in India Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. Banking / Banking Solution sales is a must Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales and business development within the financial services sector. Proven track record of successfully selling implementation services for products like Salesforce, Microsoft, and Adobe. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to clients. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels of an organization. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to travel as needed.
