You will be responsible for providing technological solutions in the area of Heat transfer / Mass Transfer and allied processes. Your role will involve managing the design, revamp, and troubleshooting of such processes and equipment. Additionally, you will provide support to capital projects and revamp projects in the mentioned areas. It is essential to be an expert user of related tools and methods and provide support during implementation and installation phases. You will also be responsible for planning and maintaining related standards and design guides, as well as developing and managing training programs. To excel in this role, you should have a thorough understanding of chemical engineering principles and their applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with a good understanding of Unit operations. Being adept at subordinate development and building and maintaining cross-functional relationships will be beneficial. The ideal candidate should hold a B.E or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, with an M. Tech degree being preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing within the refinery or petrochemical industry in either Technology or Operations is required.
