Job Summary The JD Edwards Techno-Functional Consultant is responsible for both the technical and functional aspects of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne/World applications. This role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring and customizing JD Edwards applications, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs. Key Responsibilities Functional Expertise : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into JD Edwards solutions. Configure and customize JD Edwards applications to meet specific business needs. Provide guidance on best practices and functionality of JD Edwards modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Distribution. Technical Expertise Develop and implement technical solutions within JD Edwards, including custom reports, interfaces, and data conversions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JD Edwards applications and integrations. Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as needed. Project Management Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of JD Edwards solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of JD Edwards solutions. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Support And Maintenance Provide ongoing support and maintenance for JD Edwards applications, including troubleshooting and resolving production issues. Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary. Train end-users and provide support during user acceptance testing. (ref:hirist.tech),
