Job Summary: Technician Level 2 is responsible for performing intermediate-level repairs, routine maintenance tasks, and assisting in diagnosing vehicle issues. They ensure quality workmanship in accordance with Tata Motors service standards and safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine servicing and mechanical repairs (e.g., brake overhauls, clutch replacement, suspension work). Assist in diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using basic diagnostic tools. Ensure all repairs are completed as per job card instructions and within the standard time. Report additional faults identified to the supervisor for estimation and approval. Follow Tata Motors standard operating procedures and quality systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and tools. Ensure proper usage of special tools and workshop equipment. Fill in job cards with accurate time entries and work done. Support and mentor Technician Level 1 (if assigned). Adhere to safety regulations and wear PPE at all times. Skills & Competencies: Good knowledge of automotive systems (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, etc.) Ability to use basic workshop tools and equipment Team player with good communication and discipline Willingness to learn and upgrade skills Qualifications: ITI in Motor Mechanic / Automobile / Diesel Mechanic or equivalent Minimum 23 years of experience in automobile servicing Experience with Tata Motors vehicles will be an advantage Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person,
