Job Description

• Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees or customers regarding equipment, systems, or software issues
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, or electrical systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, identify the root cause, and implement effective solutions
• Installation: Install, assemble, and configure new equipment and systems according to specifications or customer requirements
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure that repaired or installed equipment meets quality standards and specifications
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and installations
• Prepare reports documenting issues and resolutions
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members, engineers, and supervisors to discuss projects, share information, and resolve complex technical issues
• Training: Provide basic training to end-users or junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for repairs and maintenance tasks
