Role & Responsibilities Handling Customer queries regarding glass fitting Fixing / Replacing Car Glass or Glass Fitting Maintaining store hygiene Removing damaged glass, moulds, seals and trim from window frames in vehicles. Installing and fitting glass (either pre-shaped or cut with a template) according to manufacturers instructions. Undertaking safety assurance measures to ensure windscreen, side and rear glass is safe and secure. Handling Customer Resolution of customer complaints Adherence of center SOP Store Management Fresher can app Strong leadership and management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints professionally Any/ITI or Diploma Preferred 0 to 2+ years Experience in the automotive industry or service industry is preferred ACM cum Tech.
