Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on CCTV systems, including camera alignment, lens cleaning, and firmware updates.
- Troubleshoot issues with CCTV cameras, recorders, and monitoring software to ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct regular checks on CCTV equipment to identify potential problems before they become major issues.
- Collaborate with other technicians to resolve complex technical issues related to CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documentation of repairs and maintenance activities.
