Job Description
Technical Writer Core Responsibilities: Create and maintain high-quality technical writer, including: User Manuals Technical & Functional Specifications Data Flow Diagrams and Process Flowcharts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical information. Ensure documentation aligns with industry standards and is easily understandable by both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work closely with product and engineering teams to document new features and updates. Participate in requirement gathering and contribute to the design and development lifecycle from a documentation perspective. Core Skills Required: Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal. Proven experience in technical documentation within the manufacturing domain (preferably similar to EGA). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology. Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Visio, or similar diagramming/documentation tools. Added Advantage: Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Exposure to ERP or MES systems used in manufacturing environments.,
