Job Description

Position: Technical Writer 
Salary and Remuneration: 3-9 LPA, Negotiable as per the Experience and Qualification of the candidate 
Experience: 3 - 5 Years 
Location: Mumbai ( Work from office )
Interview process: 2 rounds of Virtual and face to face interview
Manadatory Skills: Proven Working Experience in Technical Writing of Software Documentation.Basic Knowledge of any Documentation Tools. Good written Skills in English. University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or Equivalent Preferred

MUST

Desirable
Knowledge of Retail Business Procedures and Application.

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Study & Write documentation for End Users (Technical, Functional & User) of our product "RetailWhizz" POS & ERP - Retail Solution
• Work with Internal Team of Co-Ordinators, Developers & Support for In-depth Understanding of the Product and the Documentation Requirements.
• Revise Documents as New Issues Arise or Resolved.
• Gather Usability Feedback from Customers and Internal Team Members
• Use Photographs, Drawings, Diagrams, Animation, and Charts that Increase Users’ Understanding.
