With 1-3 years of experience in customer support, specifically in a voice support role, you will bring strong problem-solving skills, a patient and empathetic approach to customer service, and the ability to think on your feet. Collaboration with regional stakeholders and the local Indian team will be key to ensuring a seamless customer experience.
