Technical Consultation & Problem-Solving:* - Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings. - Provide expert guidance on product selection, features, and applications based on customer needs. - Address technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues, coordinating with the support team when necessary. - Communicate complex technical information clearly, concisely, and persuasively. Sales Strategy & Business Development:* - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue. - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives. - Conduct market research to understand industry demands and customer pain points. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
