Job Description
You should hold a Bachelor's degree in BCA, MCA, BE, or Diploma, with a preference for the latter. Your English written and verbal communication skills should be excellent. Additionally, you should have a basic knowledge of computer hardware. Your key skills should include effective communication skills with clarity, ability to handle pressure while displaying emotional stability, speed and efficiency, problem-solving ability with a logical approach, good listening capacity, customer-centricity, patience, and empathy. Your main responsibilities will involve demonstrating a Customer First culture in every interaction, troubleshooting and resolving hardware/networking/OS related queries over the phone, and providing solutions to customers that may require selling them a product or service to resolve the issue.,
