Job Title: Technical Support Executive International Voice Process
Location: Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune
Shift: US Shift (24/7 Rotational)
Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Days Off

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced professionals for the role of Technical Support Executive in an international voice process. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in technical support with excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical support to international clients via voice

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory, ServiceNow, ticketing tools, and service desk operations

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and prompt service

  • Accurately log all interactions and escalate unresolved issues as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international technical support (voice process mandatory)

  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, ServiceNow, ticketing tools, and service desk systems

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational US shift environment

  • Graduation is mandatory
