Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
We are seeking a technical support engineer to provide support for Microsoft/Mac-based systems. The role includes troubleshooting for our clients’ IT issues and supporting their variety of applications and technology needs.

Our ideal candidate will bring:
• Experience 0 to 1 year of IT support experience (Windows/Mac operating systems)
• Basic understanding of: Windows, Networking, Mail systems, Hardware installations
• A passion for technology, innovation, and making a difference
• Exceptional documentation skills
• An eagerness to learn and improve
• A positive personality, attitude & a Team player.
• Can thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to be adaptable, flexible, and a multi-tasker
• Excellent Verbal & written communication skills Tech Skills -
• Basic understanding on Windows 7/8/10
• Basic understanding on Sever 2008/2012/2016
• Basic understanding on Remote access tools such as TeamViewer, MSP anywhere, logmein, AnyConnect
• Basic understanding on Application Installation/troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of Printers, Antivirus

Have knowledge on any one of the below tools:
• Ticketing systems - Autotask, Remedy, ConnectWise, Spice Works, ServiceNow

Education: Any graduate, College degree or higher
