Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Technical Support Knowledge Base Engineer to build and maintain a centralized repository of product knowledge. This role will be key in capturing technical learnings, creating support content, and ensuring that both internal teams and customers have easy access to accurate troubleshooting information. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain a structured knowledge base of technical issues, resolutions, FAQs, and best practices. Document product features, known issues, troubleshooting steps, and update logs. Work closely with application engineers, developers, and QA teams to gather technical inputs. Convert complex technical concepts into user-friendly content for internal teams and customers. Develop SOPs, service manuals, how-to guides, and training documents. Ensure all documents are regularly updated, version-controlled, and accessible. Review support tickets and field reports to identify recurring issues and knowledge gaps. Assist in onboarding new technical support members with structured learning materials. Requirements Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 13 years of experience in technical documentation, support engineering, or knowledge management. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to understand and document hardware/software integration, sensors, and machine vision systems. Preferred Experience in an industrial automation or manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of documentation standards and content structuring.,
