Troubleshooting technical issues and diagnosing and correcting faults. Ability to handle customers with a positive attitude & Strong English communication Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance Coordinate with customer support and the QA team to provide accurate and timely resolving of problems. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Take the extra mile to engage customers Resolve the ticket/incident in predefined time/SLA Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
