Tech (CE/CS/IT) or equivalent Job Description General Expertise Exhibit a high level of individual initiative / effectively lead a team Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and increase client relationships. Builds a knowledge base of each clients business, organization, and objectives. Manages day to day client interaction, communicate effectively with clients to identify needs. Create, or participate in the creation of Support / Solution documentation or UAT testing for Customization & deliverables. Work with the client and / or all stake holders to ensure changes are understood and approved. Ensure solution designed meets internal and client expectations with respect to quality, delivery timelines and strategy. If needed, create customized reporting for the client or team or stack holders. Good communication skills & Self-confidence are must. Preferred fluency in English. Ability to take direction from all levels Provide guidance for the team with technical architecture as needed Provide technical leadership for team through design and code reviews, ensuring best technical practices are applied Application Support, MySql, Networking, Linux, VOIP, SIP.,
