Position : Technical Support Engineer - Junior Officer/Officer
Location : Noida
Qualification: 3-Year Diploma in IT/BCA/BTech (IT or Computer Science)
Experience: 4-6 Years
Salary Range: Shall be commensurate with experience


Job Description / Role / Responsibilities:
1. Should be able to discuss and understand technical issues with end users and rectify them
promptly.
2. Working off a Service Management Licked queue, ensuring high urgency tickets are prioritised.
3. Ability Lo decide on corrective measures and resolved the incidents within stated SLA.
4. Should demonstrate good interpersonal and customer support skill.
5. Can iden tify and interpret key policies, standard s and procedures affectin9 own area.
6. Ability Lo work under pressure in a demanding and highIy visible environmen t wiLhou t constant guidance.
7. Should be a team player and able to take ownership of escalated matters.
8. Troubleshooting and hardware support of Desktop /LapLop /Printer etc.
9. Knowledge and Hands-on experience of Windows 11 & Windows 10.
10. Expertise in advance level troubleshoOtin9 of incidents impacting end users.
11. Proficient in Windows-based operating environment, specifically in Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook, and Office 365 Apps.
12. Supporting various applications from desktop perspective. Working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice Suite.
13. User perspective troubleshooting of remote access and ’Good for Enterprise‘ technologies.
14. Knowledg e of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, File Server, and Print Server etc.
15. Good understanding of Information Security concepts and various technologies used to implement them in desktop and server environment.
16. Experience in deploy and support in-room Video Conference Systems, Zoom, WebEx & Team Meetings.
17. Responsible for keeping OS and Software patches up to date.
18. Preparation of purchase orders and issuing delivery schedules.
19. Communicate wiLh vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals.
20. To follow up till the material delivery and final sentIement of paymen t to vendor & ensuring proper documentation.
21. Preparation of MIS report on monthly basis.
22. Inventory management with stra tegical approach and main tain the stock as per the requirement.
