Job Role: Technical Support Engineer Location: Coimbatore We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support customers during and after product implementation. You will manage deployments, provide training, resolve technical issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities: Implement software products based on customer environment and requirements. Create and follow project plans to meet delivery timelines. Provide training to customers and partners on product usage. Document all customizations and configurations for each customer. Recommend product upgrades based on customer needs. Prepare user guides, documentation, and training videos. Collect feedback on bugs or feature requests and share with the product team. Ensure high-quality support and timely issue resolution. Qualifications: 12 years in Technical Support, Implementation, or similar roles. Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and operating systems (Linux, Windows, Mac). Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and customer focus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Knowledge of Python, Node.js, or React.js is a plus.
