Job Description
You will be working as a Technical Support Engineer for the Zimbra Mailing New Project in Chennai. We are looking for candidates who are local to Chennai. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing solutions related to Zimbra mailing. To qualify for this position, you should have a Graduate or Diploma in Science & Engineering. Having certifications in Server/Storage/Virtualization will be an added advantage. For this role, we require 4-5 years of experience for L2 level and a minimum of 7 years for L3/Team Lead level. Proficiency in Linux is a must-have skill. Shift timings will be 24/7 rotational. Our company has over 30 years of enterprise experience and specializes in Next-Gen Information Security, Cloud Services, and Data Center Modernization. We cater to various industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Solutions Architecture, AI integration, and Managed Security Services. For the L3/Team Lead position, you must have deep knowledge in Linux and Zimbra, along with an understanding of email security tools like Anti-malware, Antispam, and Data Leakage Prevention. Knowledge of ITIL processes is preferred, along with good communication skills. A minimum of 7 years of experience is required, with the last 3 years focused on email and related security. On the other hand, for the L2 position, you should have a strong foundation in Linux and Zimbra, along with an understanding of Email Security. A minimum of 4 years of experience as an engineer, with the last 2 years specifically in Linux/Zimbra related tasks, is necessary. You should also possess moderate to good communication skills for effective vendor and interoffice communication.,
