Job Overview: We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers or internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat and provide timely resolution. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to [hardware/software/networking]. Guide users through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues to higher-level teams. Document issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in the support system. Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems. Assist in software installations, configurations, and updates. Collaborate with development and IT teams to improve products and services. Provide training and best practices to customers and internal employees. Requirements & Skills: B.tech's degree in IT, Computer Science, Mech,EEE, EC or a related field (preferred). years of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role. Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software troubleshooting. Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls) is a plus. Experience with remote desktop tools and support software. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
