Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Hyderabad, India Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to lead and support Agile teams in delivering high-quality software products. As a servant-leader and coach, you will play a critical role in driving Agile practices, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring continuous improvement in performance and delivery. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Guide teams in Agile principles and best practices, promoting adherence to the Scrum framework. Identify and remove impediments that affect team productivity and delivery. Partner with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog. Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. Shield teams from external distractions and unplanned work. Monitor team performance metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) and report progress. Support Agile maturity initiatives across the organization through coaching and mentoring. Promote alignment and collaboration between development, QA, and business stakeholders. Qualifications: Required: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent). Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and/or Kanban. Preferred: Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello. Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus). Exposure to modern development platforms and technologies such as React, .NET, and Salesforce. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.,
