Role Engage prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and meetings to understand their pain points and introduce our cutting-edge PLC, SCADA, and control panel solutions, driving leads to successful sales. Responsibilities Make cold calls and send personalized emails to factory owners and plant managers to pitch our automation solutions. Meet clients (in-person or virtually) to discuss challenges like energy costs or production downtime and propose tailored solutions. Qualify leads by identifying genuine needs and budgets, then collaborate with our technical team to develop proposals. Follow up with leads using a CRM to convert them into clients, leveraging our 32-year reputation. Qualifications B.Tech fresher (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical) from institutes like Manav Rachna or YMCA Faridabad, or candidates with 12 years of sales experience in automation or technical products. Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn technical sales. Motivated to make cold calls and engage prospective clients with confidence. Basic knowledge of automation (PLC, SCADA) is a plus but not required. Compensation Fixed Salary: 12,000/month to cover basic expenses. Incentives: 500 per qualified lead (e.g., a client agreeing to a detailed discussion or site visit). 2.5% commission per sale (up to 50,000/deal) for closed deals, such as SCADA or VFD installations. 5,000 bonus for every 5 qualified leads or 2 closed deals. Potential Earnings: Generate 10 qualified leads and close 2 deals worth 10,00,000 to earn up to 42,000/month!
