Engage with customers to understand their PC hardware and IT requirements. Provide technical sales consultation to help clients choose the right solutions. Handle quotations, order processing, and follow-ups to close sales. Maintain and update the CRM system with leads. Proactively generate outbound leads through self-research, market analysis, and cold outreach. Identify potential B2B clients by researching industries, businesses, and communities.
