Position Title: Technical Sales Engineer Reporting To: Manager Business Development Key Relationships: Customers, Vendors, and Internal Staff Job Purpose: External Sales & Technical Support role. Servicing existing customers & developing new business in Pune & around by providing electronic repair services & support. Qualification: Diploma in E&TC/Industrial Electronics/Electrical Fresher/ Experienced who want to pursue a career in Technical sales. Main Objectives of the Job: The role of a Sales & Technical Support Executive is to understand the electronic repair/design requirements of all the key customers assigned to the position, maintain and increase sales with these existing customers & develop new customers. This job involves selling by direct and indirect strategies depending on who you may be dealing with. The objective of all activities is to lead to increased sales of the company ultimately. The key objectives are to assist with company budgets and meet the company's financial plans. The new business development, account management, technical support, and financial understanding of the business are some of the necessary tasks required to meet these plans and forecasts.
